Some moron left our gate open and our beloved dog Penny went out to see the wide world this morning. We have been searching for her all day, on and off, and in a bit I am going to the local shelter. It is my firm belief she will be there, waiting for a nice car ride home.
I am asking the universe to get that pooch back to me in perfect condition. Well, actually I am telling the universe in no uncertain terms. I am in a state of emotion that can best be described as "militantly optimistic".
Give me your good, loving, positive YLF vibes! THANK YOU! I will keep you posted.
ETA - She is home safe and sound! Thank you all, you are GOOD! We went to the shelter, no dice. Looked around at lots of cute doggies in a maze of cages, no Penny. Got home, almost dark, hubs said "let's go out on one more drive to look" we went up and down the side streets and all of a sudden he said, "There she is!" We almost didn't see her in the dark. She was only one street down from our house, very close by. She didn't want to come to me at first, then when she heard hubby's voice she came to the car and jumped in. Whew! I am spent.
Glad the universe listened so well to the FAB vibes, I thank you all deeply. I had a moment of despair after searching all the cages at the shelter, but I leaned back and remembered you were all supporting me and it felt good. Thanks.
