This is the LAST of this subject, I promise you! It was such a fun day in Santa Anita at the races, with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains and stormy skies....
My friends and I entered the Longine's fashion contest, but were not selected to go on stage as any of the ten ladies finalists.
The men were much more fun to look at than the ladies! We couldn't pick our favorite they were all so good.
One of the male contestants jumped off stage and grabbed me to dance, so I did! It was a blast.
My hat worked out just fine. I like the one I ended up with . Of course the one I had purchased on Etsy arrived ten minutes after we left for the racetrack. Figures!
