Oh hey, welcome (back)! Your hair is similar to mine, albeit with more curly volume (my ringlets tend to form at the bottom rather than 'out', but my hair is also fine but dense - meaning there's a lot of it, rather than each individual strand being 'thick'. So definitely don't get your hair thinned out if that applies to you too!). Do you use CGM (the Curly Girl Method)?
I've found that an 'oval' shaped cut works well for me (which you already seem to have going on in photo #3, to avoid the 'pyramid head' look, so well done!) I currently have a slightly modified curly shag going on, in that the fringe is not like thick jagged 'Betty Page' bangs (which are popular now) but rather an 'air fringe' (see photos in this link):

The reason I suggest this particular fringe is because a) It's super easy to maintain & grow out (no feeling thick & heavy strands plastered to your forehead during your work outs), so it's also very versatile (easy to sweep out of the way for your serious finance job vs leave it hanging when rocking out at the weekend ) and also b) You have the forehead for it (mine is tiny, so I have to be careful about how much space to dedicate to such a fringe), so adding bangs might give you the 'difference' you crave without having to change up too much else (especially during these pandemic times, when we don't know how long before the next lockdown).
I've added an uncensored photo of my face to a recent thread (below) to give you an idea of how such a fringe grows out (got it cut in February): https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....e-runcarla
You can see how the fringe makes the hairstyle still look 'finished' in this other thread, even while it's up in a hair claw: https://youlookfab.com/welookf.....ms-not-top
For me though, I can't stand a hair claw during yoga because it always slips out or moves about! My solution has been to wrap my hair ends & fringe around a wide headband. Sounds strange perhaps but I find it works well. No need to pin anything in place, & all I have to do is shake it out right after for hair that's appropriate for going out in public It looks like I used a wide curling barrel!
Of course there's no obligation to go with such a look - am just throwing it out there for ideas from a fellow 'wavy curly'
