Cecilia, I'm SO SO glad your gift got to you in time!! I am guilty of always over thinking gift purchases and it is eventually in the last few days that I make the decision. And so I am even more glad you like the earrings. I'm such a doofus, I completely overlooked what I signed inside the card, lol!

My SS's gift was shipped by the seller so I have absolutely no idea it is! She sent me the most fab necklace that I can see myself going for very, very often. Also a pair of wonderfully quirky wrench earrings because I like to think I am badass like that LOL! But the best part was her beautiful note

Oh My - Oh My - Oh my! I just opened up my gift and I am absolutely blown away! I got a BEEEEE - UUUUUU - TEEEEE - FUL necklace that my SS got ffrom Nassau! I absolutely love it! I am frustrated however, because I cannot find my camera thing-a-ma-jiggy that I need in order to download pics from my camera onto my computer and so I am unable to show it all to you tonight. So, I'll try describing it to you - it is silver "choker" style with 3 large abstract silver with inlaid turquoise "circles" hanging from it - I LOVE it! So, artsy and a definite statement piece that I will wear for many, many years to come.
I'm not sure who it came from, but if I had to guess without doing any "research" I'd guess Bella - because the return address is from CT and she's the only YLFer that I know of from CT - and, didn't she go on vacation recently to someplace tropical? I was thinking it was Florida - but maybe the Bahamas?
Whoever, gave it to me - I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is perfect in every way for me - what a wonderful gift!
Also - got a really nice card with the gift - initials are G.I.??????

1: Grey pinafore style dress. Unfortunately it is too tight across the bust to button up, BUT luckily the inside of the dress is a really cool black white and grey plaid pattern, so I simply plan to wear it unbuttoned and folded out over a fitted tee or top I like it better this way I think!

2 & 3: Pewter snowflake pendant. I actually didn't realise until I re-read the letter but this also belonged to Jen's grandmother so once again, I am very touched. I think this is a perfect accessory for the dress in fact

4 & 5: Black and white polka dot and feather pin/hair clip. This is SO cute, I was looking for one just like it! And purple flower hair pin - again, love this!

6 & 7: The sweet little abalone shell shamrock stud earrings.

This has been amazing, thanks Megan for organizing everything and I can't wait to do it again next year!

Yes, the Burt's Bees lip balm was part of your pressie. I love their lip balms and I know how difficult it is to find subtle daily makeup which is natural and not tested on animals.

Your name is actually very Danish, I wondered if you had any connection to Denmark? Noa Noa is one of Copenhagens home-grown fashion labels, very girly, very OTT, and I love it. Re the package: Birthdays in Dk are always celebrated with lots of national flags, and the post pack is especially for gifts...I figured that between having to sign a customs declaration and being postcoded in Denmark I would not be giving away anything by having the flag plastered everywhere
