Megan, what's the intended reveal date for those who are still guessing?

(I'm still waiting to receive my Secret Santa present, but know that my SS recipient has received & opened hers.)

Kari! I was just taking the Amazon boxes out to the recycling and noticed your name on the gift receipt! (I hadn't looked at it because I certainly don't need to return or exchange anything.) THANK YOU SO MUCH! I should have guessed it was you because of the great colors!

Oh Kate, you are so welcome! I'm sorry that the Amazon order inadvertently gave it away, though. There wasn't really a way to anonymously give a gift so I wasn't sure how it would show up. I'm so glad that you love the colors - they both seemed very "you"!

I too am awaiting the arrival of my present (but have seen that my gifts have reached their recipient)...hopefully I'll be able to participate in the guessing before Wednesday's big reveal!

As a side note, I just wanted to let you know that my participation on the forum will be so sporadic, to say the least, for the next few weeks. My home laptop crashed and I'm looking to buy a replacement. Since I'm not really rushing the purchase, it might be a while until I have one...

With that said, I just wanted to share with you my pics of the gorgeous brooch and cozy fleece gloves I got from my SS, along with a thoughtful handwritten note.I did not want to go back and edit my previous thank you post because it might be missed.

Again, thank you so much SS for your thoughtful gifts and to Megan for organizing the exchange. I was going to guess it was Kari but I just saw she had someone else... I still have no clue!

ETA: The little package on the left came straight from an Etsy vendor and contained my gorgeous brooch...( Insert happy dance here)

Ladies, I won't be able to post photos for some time because I am on the road till after Christmas but I received a lovely package recently from Mango. I tore it open ahead of time (imagining somehow that is what we had agreed on). I discovered a delightful caramel-colored, faux-shearling tote with cream trim. It really makes me smile to think of toting my work papers back and forth in this bag, keeping them warm in the snow I also received a lovely silk/cotton-blend scarf in a rich purplish brown color. I strongly suspect that my SS is Rute.

Scarlet, sounds like a great gift!! But guess again...I don't think Rute is taking part.

Yay, my gift came! It wasn't delayed at all, actually, I just wasn't home during Fed Ex's first delivery attempt on December 10th.
I received the book, "The Gospel According to Coco Chanel: Life Lessons from the World's Most Elegant Woman."

I don't have this book and am THRILLED to own it! The book happened to include a bookmark so I know that my SS is Marley. Thank you Marley for such a thoughtful and appropriate gift! I'm a BIG reader and an enormous fan of Ms. Chanel's--I so look forward to reading this book cover to cover!

A very thoughtful elf left a gorgeous vintage turquoise and pearl brooch in my mailbox today! What a stunning and perfect gift. I'm sure my elf was aware that I wear teal and green and turquoise frequently, but as it so happened, I was wearing those very colors today already - and was even wearing earrings that coordinated perfectly with the colors in the brooch!
Not only that, but this very shade of turquoise features heavily in my apartment, as you can see below.
What a sweet surprise. A big thank you, and I cannot wait to wear this out!

Given that the postmark was from the UK, I'm guessing that my Secret Santa is Louise.

Yay it was me, well guessed. I'm soooo glad it finally arrived I was panicing as I posted it on the 29th November!!! It came from a vintage/ antique shop in Stratford x

huge thanks to zapotee for the lovely lovely ann taylor ruched scarf. the mauve color is more muted than what i normally wear, but i think will integrate well with my neutrals wardrobe.

My present has arrived!!! It is a beautiful circle scarf in purple and lime green and was well worth the wait!
I have found at east 5 ways to wear it already and actually wearing it today to work with my charcoal sheath dress, black cascading cardigan, leggings and black booties. I love it!

In the store where I bought it I noticed a lady in a very classic look--boots, jeans, and a crisp white shirt dressed up with a pretty scarf. She looked very chic, but of course there are a million ways to style a scarf.
