I really do want to spiff myself up this year, and I send my daughter selfies all the time (to which she replies "ooh, excellent scarfing today, Mom!" or something equally positive, bless her heart). I'm just going to put it out there and I'm sure I'll improve over time. We're going to visit my daughter in northern Wisconsin in a couple weeks and I've been testing out my warmest clothes. I bought this Lands End lightweight down coat on deep discount and it's warm enough that I'm happy to overlook the shape. Minnetonka slippers by the front door to meet the UPS guy, and hair wasn't particularly choppy yesterday.
