This would be late 1977 or possibly 78. Vests were big.

#1 is the whole family attired in vest outfits. The boys in corduroy, and me in a pinstriped vest and pants that you can't really see in this photo. All outfits bought at now-defunct department stores.

#2 was taken December 16, 1977 outside the Ahmanson Theater in LA. That envelope contains my certificate admitting me to the California Bar, which is why I remember the exact date even without a date stamp. Unfortunately nearly every photo taken that day was out of focus. This was the best.

Fortunately these are some of the less laughable outfits from the laughable '70s. Brown velveteen jacket and vest with plaid skirt. Can't remember the brand, but I'm pretty sure I bought it at Robinsons. Same polyester bow blouse in both.
