Context: I am looking for lighter colored pants. I often have trouble with lighter colors showing every lump and bump of my thighs and rear. I find it difficult to find lined pants that fit me, though they’d alleviate the problem of fabric being too thin.

Having more light colored pants to wear is a goal of mine. Especially for winter. These are thin but would be okay for mild days, which we do have. Winter is variable here. This weekend will be in the 50’s and rainy.

These don’t show the lumps and bumps so much, but I fear the combo of light color and legging style is not flattering around my knees, since my calves are much skinnier than my thighs. I have this problem with even dark leggings, and often wear them with knee boots to create more balance. I acknowledge that I may have a poison eye for this on myself, so I’m throwing it to you all. Even if I don’t keep this pair (need to see if they stretch out after an hour, as LOFT pants do), the feedback will be useful to me in assessing future attempts.

PS-the top is fun!
