I’m still going on Sal’s challenge to wear all my unworn winter clothes. I’m working on my merino items. It’s good timing since at the start of July our NZ temps dropped. It feels like proper winter for us now, which is cold and rainy, not snowy.
Pics 1-3: first wear this winter of 2016 black merino “zips” top. I like the sleeve detail but find it otherwise a bit dull as just plain black. Worn with 2019 ink snakeskin pants, 17th wear, and 2018 black fringed booties, 95th wear! Added newish cropped navy Sabatini merino jacket 2018, 14th wear this winter. Blue floral earrings. Overall like this outfit.
Pic 4 today. Black merino NZ- made top 2012, 3rd wear this winter, just hit 30 wears today. I like this top. First wear this winter of 2013 black/cobalt skirt. A bargain at $10 and had sales goggles for my fave colour cobalt. I feel a bit too curvy for work in this? But sucked it up today. No comments at work from anyone. Plus the 2017 black tall rose boots, 7th wear. They had been a teensy bit tight but felt better today.
Thinking of keeping all this except unsure of the skirt?
