Keep or Return (or Shorten?) - Three Pairs of Capris

Here are 3 pairs of capris I bought recently. They seem to fit and are comfortable. Trying to find some new things for our family spring break vacation to Disneyland/Legoland. All of my current capris are mid-calf. Any opinions?

1/2/3 - Kohls Lee Harper Comfort Waist Cargo Capris in Frost - I tightened the bottom tie so they fit more snugly. These are a 20 inch inseam. - http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStor.....Capris.jsp

I am dealing with remaking capris right now! I like the brown best and I think the denim are fine both rolled up or not. I'm not a fan of the first ones - they look sort of paper bag like, for lack of a better word, to me.
I believe the wisdom behind capri lenght is that it hits on or above the widest part of the calf? At least I think I heard that somewhere lol!

Really? I thought the rule was like skirt hem length -- to hit on a narrow part of the leg (usually right above or right below the knee) so you can see the shape of the leg for a more flattering line.

I do like the color of the first one. Nice in summer when dark colors can absorb the sun and make you feel warmer. They have a more casual feel than the rest.

I think I like the denim the best, but they all look like they fit you well.

I vote keep the denim, return the other 2.
For the first pair, they just don't seem crisp and flattering. I know the idea of the casual drawstring is nice, but I think they translate a bit sloppy (on most of us)
I like the full length and slim fit of the denim ones.
The third ones seem a bit long and the cut is too reminiscent of the above the ankle capris that we all ran around in until Angie set us straight

I vote 4/5/6 uncuffed, I like where these hit, the dark wash is flattering and they look versatile enough to dress up or down.

Thanks for the replies so far. Well, it looks like the denim ones are keepers. We leave for vacation in a week, and I'm not sure I can find other capris before then. I'm not sure what to do about the other two. Hmmmm, is it better to wear my existing *totally* wrong capris (all cargo cuff ones at a bad length, LOL), or use these 3 pairs as "interim" better ones until I find perfect ones? They weren't expensive. Any other opinions or thoughts?

Lucky you, heading off to Southen California; hope it's sunny and warm for you all!

I really like the denim and the brown pair, though I do wish the brown were shorter. I prefer the denim at the length you have them rolled, but I like the dark-all-the-way look of the unrolled.

Do you have time to hem these before leaving or is it rolling or nothing? If so, I'd leave the denim alone and try to roll the brown up a bit. However, I have to say that you and those looooong legs of yours can get away with even the longest inseam as-is!

I know you're in a time/closet crunch, but I'd leave #1 at home; I agree with above comments about the shape/style. Besides, the darker pairs won't show dirt as much.

BTW, depending on how hot you run, even "normal" temps aren't that hot in SCa this time of year (and they've had some colder than usual temps). You may find yourself wanting/being fine in jeans. You could ask the YLF-SoCalers to weigh in on that....
