Sometimes these days my outerwear is worn inside as well as out. That is the case for the first two examples here. Sometimes I need more outerwear over everything as in the last outfit. It was for early on a frosty morning. The first topper is a very heavy knit long wool cardi. The second is an Icelandic dress worn as a coat over jeans, a cotton sweater and with a small navy Guatemalan bag and larger burgundy tote. The last picture is of a long Burberry trench tossed on over everything in #2 for a frosty morning dental appointment.
Almost everything is old . The Icelandic sweater dress is a recent consignment find. Does it look ok worn as a duster? Or should I zip it up and wear it as a dress as it was intended? What do you think of these? I will wear boots if needed. No snow accumulation here yet.
ETA4-6. #4 is a soft leather jacket used here with a mix of light neutrals and platinum sneakers. The small bag is a tan ostrich skin print. The large bag was bought with the leather jacket, also soft leather. #5/6is almost a column of mustard with a lightweight mustard jacket worm with mustard pants, a Winnie-the-Pooh tee and black and white check flannel shirt.
