I wear a lot of burguny and navy together and always think of Ruby and Sapphires, when it suddenly hit me that Sapphire is my birthstone while my mother and daughter both shared Ruby.. So now when I pair them together it will remind me of my dear mother who has passed and my daughter who is 22 and spreading her wings!
I wore this to brave my WW meeting and the weight gain from the holidays... Unfortunately PMS hit and a 3lb weight gain overnight meant my hard work to lose wasn't as productive... Well next week it will look different so no worries...
I am really loving this scarf and am styling it quite often! The dress has a deep v-neck so the chunkiness of the scarf helps to winterize the dress....
We did get about 5 inches and my son got his wish of a snow day.. he's been saying since September that he wanted it this year.... So funny at 18 that his wish was to have a snow day his senior year in high school.....
