what do you think of these skinnies on my figure??
#1 grey leopard print skinnies - Loft
mint top - Target
bubble necklace

#2 Red skinnies - Loft
Striped peplum top - Kohl's
bubble necklace

am I too hippy to waer these pants with shorter tops?? as it get colder I'll be wearing them with boots and longer sweater type tops.

Hmmm, I sure love the colours, especially the mint top and shoes. The tops might be a tiny bit short - how's the rear view? I'm wondering if the peplum top is a bit too high waisted for you? Is it supposed to sit at your natural waist? I love the skinnies - nice colours! Oh, and there's no such thing as too hippy

I think the jeans look good on you. I prefer to wear my skinnies with longer tops and boots because I feel like it balances the proportions better, but every body is different.

I do prefer to wear the longer tops with skinnies too.

I think the peplem top will look great with skirts.

I really think the jeans look great on you. The tops are maybe just a bit short to my eye for these jeans, but I think you look so great in that minty color I'm not sure it even matters.

The red jeans fit better than the grey. I find the grey just a little too tight all over.

I like the fit of the red jeans on you better than the printed ones which appear to be a tad tight, and you carry short tops well so that shouldn't be a problem I'm guessing. Also, if you wear the leopard skinnies with boots and a slightly longer top that covers the crotch area it could work well too. I find that tight jeans give the same effect in the crotch area as leggings, so it works to cover up that area, and worn with boots it gives me a leaner appearance!

thanks ladies... I will say that I've worn the red skinnies a few more times so they have stretched a tad more than the grey ones. These jeans have lots of stretch in them.

I think I'll love the grey with boots and a long chunky sweater.....

I'm really diggin' the red jeans with the peplum top. You look confident and cute in it! Not so sure I'm liking the length of the mint top, or the fact that the jeans pull a bit around the crotch area. Go up a size and have them tailored? The color with the necklace is pretty on you!
