Outfit 17 of the January 30x30 challenge - Monday outfit.
Today I wore a taupe wool trouser suit. I usually wear the pieces as separates and when I wear the whole suit, I try to offset the colour with black. No 1 is the suit, which I wear with a black thin turtle neck top, a large black scarf, black high heeled booties, a large vintage black handbag and large golden hoops.
No 2 - the suit jacket with straight black trousers (the same boots), a patterned cashmere scarf and a smaller vintage black handbag. This is a more comfortable and easier outfit for me than wearing the whole suit and this is how I normally wear it with different scarves and black bags.
No 3 - the suit trousers (the same boots) with a black jacket, a plaid woollen scarf and yellow gloves.
No 4 - experimenting with the suit trousers, worn with a black wool sweater, plaid scarf and my hunting bag - not sure it works though, but making an attempt to find a casual combo with the trousers
So what do you guys think about my taupe suit? Should I wear the pieces together? Thank you for looking and honest feedback, ideas and comments are very appreciated.
