Remember how a few years back skinny jeans in every color of the rainbow were popular? Why haven’t denim designers done other cuts in different colors? I would rock some burgundy flares, just sayin’!

Janet I think Man Repeller just did a piece on colorful denim featuring some cool looking pastel wide legs... https://www.manrepeller.com/20.....pants.html

A big YES from me for chocolate brown - my favorite dark neutral by far! And I join Sal in wanting to find some well-tailored trousers - preferably in tropical weight wool, petite sizes and some nice neutrals that are NOT BLACK!
I adore many of the turquoise items y'all have pictured here - but Diana's leather jacket and rebekahphoto's Lucchese boots are particular stand outs!
My wish list also included all cotton, or better yet linen or cotton/linen blend tees in sufficient weight that the white is opaque.

La P, if they do them in non-pastels (cobalt, teal, burgundy for example), I’d be willing to try! Just not in mom jean cuts.

Agree that more turquoise would be nice to see. And browns would be fine for those who look great in that colour. I recently discovered that I can wear cool browns. Brown is a versatile colour and can look interesting teamed with more lively colours, so I wouldn't mind having a few more items in cool brown shades.

For a couple of months I have been looking for:
- shortsleeved crew neck pullovers in spring colours
- opaque hosiery in light grey
- pretty scarves in these main colours: bluered, light/clear purple, light grey
- long (knee-covering) trenchcoats in other colours than beige, tan, navy and black
But to no avail. I know they are probably available otherwhere in the world, but evidently not in B&M stores near me.

I thought of another color - magenta/berry! You do find it sometimes, but I'd like to see it a lot more! I used to have a coat I loved in that color. I then replaced it on eBay; I wore both to pieces. Now at least I have this pullover.

Christina - I do love that color too.

Christina, that's my favorite color! I'd love to see more of that too.

And full length pants, please. Please?

Ooooh I love the magenta color too!

It is high time we saw a ban on high spandex garments worn in public.

I'm lucky enough to have some still-nice turquoise (and aquamarine, even better for me) pieces, but agree with Columbine that deep raspberry pink--one color that does great things for my skin in both Summer and Winter--seems to have disappeared, and all my remaining raspberry things are getting raggedy. I would also welcome the return of tops with a slight blouson or welted bottom hem--so forgiving--and elbow length sleeves.

Joy you are hilarious.

Tailored button down vests. Nearly an impossible find for years, particularly for the plus sized and busty.

This was a FUN read. Thanks for chiming in. Lots of takers for brown, turquoise, silver hardware, "NORMAL" wash jeans, full length pants, easy knickers, and raspberry.

Joy, You got crack me up. Athleisure is taking over the world.

Lesley, fab low heeled and flat footwear options are SO much better than they used to be.

Janet, we can't complain about dresses this year. We're doing well. Lets hope it lasts!

Oh, yes Christina, I love that color! I'm still mourning a scarf in that color that didn't survive one of my overzealous closet cleanings

Peri, amen to the plea for full-length pants and jeans. I will happily roll jean hems if I want a cropped look, but I’m so sick of EVERYTHING being cropped by default.

...more sturdy, natural fibers. I'm so tired of sifting through racks of cheap-feeling polyester and low-quality viscose.

... all shades of brown. YES to chocolate, but also to umber, cinnamon, tan, and all the rest. Gray reigned supreme for so many years and I'm still waiting for the pendulum to swing to brown.

... simple slips, half-slips and petticoats. Nothing fancy or frilly, sexy or costly. Simply items that can be worn under dresses and skirts to stop them from "sitting out" so easily, help them hang smoothly and even stop the creep of fabric against tights worn beneath. I remember my mother wore half-slips with most day dresses, and though they might seem old-fashioned, they definitely served a useful purpose.

...wider variety of sleeve lengths.

...more "Long" options in dresses. I'm tall and most of my length is in my torso. As a result, I have scant need for Long trousers or jeans. However, I love dresses but tend to find the waists frightfully high and most "midis" barely reach the bottom of my knees. Petite sizing is relatively common but Boden is one of the few retailers who regularly offers many dresses in Long sizes.

... more tall boots, in a variety of styles and calf widths/ heights. The plethora of booties and slouchy boots we've seen in the past few years has rendered calf width unimportant. But I'm longing to see more tall, slim boots on offer, while at the same time knowing that many/ most will be too short and tight on my calf.

... more natural fibres that can be machine washed. I cannot stand sending many things to the dry cleaner, especially given my casual Mama-on-the-Go lifestyle. In the summer, I run hot and perspire profusely.

... more quality, small details (and yes, I'm willing to pay a few more dollars to get them) - better buttons than the cheap plastic ones that are on every garment I seem to buy; more fabric in hems; well-sewn seams and button-holes.

... more clothing that falls between "regular" and "plus size" - eg. there's a real gap for women who are getting too big for the size 14s but don't yet fit the 1X.

Haha. My list could go on and on and on and on...

I also love turquoise, just look at my profile photo . Should I bring out that jacket again? It has shoulder pads so maybe not?
What I would really like to see is fashion that is more inclusive age-wise. As one gets older there is a fine line between what is good for you and not good. Some styles that worked before are just not right anymore and fashion is geared towards the younger crowds.
I saw that extended sizes are starting to become mainstream, can we also get extended ages in fashion, not just calendar-wise?

Another vote for silver hardware, raspberry, and lower-heeled shoes that are more than just a work of art.

Also, I'd love to see more cooler reds, as tomato doesn't work for me at all. A nice cherry red with blue undertones would make me happy!

Mac’s last point, so much....especially in interesting/trendy/edgy clothes

Angie, did you notice the ad for a turquoise Michael Kors bag in the May issue of Vogue? Satchel handles and a detachable cross-body strap. I saw it and thought of you.

I didn't, Tulle. Sounds fab, and fun to be thought of.

Also Angie Talbots has a lot of Turq in their newest releases. Those shoes and necklace would be beyond fab with some white jeans....

Great if one fits into Talbot sizing. Talbots, please make some items that fit a straighter figure.

Pretty, Jussie. Talbots doesn't fit unfortunately, but good to know.

Short sleeved jackets and real blouses

I <3 robin's egg blue and would love a winter coat in that color. Here are two I'm eyeing on Poshmark.

An organized, larger space for our closet!

Nodding to Mac and Anna!
