I agree with Brooklyn about longer dressy shorts and Jussie about hot pink.

Foldable hats that look good, and not floppy, unfolded. Now I am craving turquoise too!

Remember when you could buy just one type of underware that worked under most everything you wore. I miss those days. Sheesh - it seems every bottom needs a different type of under garment.

I am laughing because the only thing I feel is missing from retailer options is 100% cotton undies that are cut chic-ly and just plain! And that don't cost a fortune! Everyone insists on putting a little bit of something artificial in them, which thins the fabric and makes them feel yuck. I am trapped buying Jockey bikinis and hipsters in black and trimming out the stupid large label that they sew to the front.

chocolate brown for me too please! And cobalt blue please!

Oo. Oo. Just thought of another. More options for chic but lower-heeled shoes. When did 2 1/2 inches and more become the standard for women? They've started doing low heels for tweens (which is insane... kids don't need high heels) and I find myself wishing I had dainty feet so that I could purchase tween shoes for me. Something is truly twisted about this.

Turquoise is also one of my favorite colors that I would like to have more represented in my wardrobe. I did quick search at few of my favorite retailers and all I could find were very casual things like basic tees and shorts. It is somewhat better represented only in sportswear and beachwear.

Hot pink is also on my wish list together with dark mocca brown and taupe for summer. And more fuchsia, please.
Happy for the return of ice pink and raspberry pink (not only the dusty pink shades dominating recently).

Count me on Team Turquoise! And I would love more bronze as well.

At first I thought it hard to answe because I’m excited about a lot of the current trends like block heels, high necklines, return of fitted styles, teal and shades of green...

But I do have some very particular styles in mind (based on movies qnd memories of items I once took a pass on) that don’t seem available right now:
- military style short jackets
- waistcoats/vests (not utility or down) - took my fancy after watching star wars rogue one
- prussian blue / duck egg
- block heeled strappy sandals
- lined trousers!!!
- chanel style structured cardigans

And these are some things that are/wer supposedly trendy but I haven’t seen enough of in stores here in Belgium:
- block heel ankle strap pumps
- velvet (would have loved a velvet blazer in the right color)
- fitted but not skintight tops to go with the new fitted trousers
- teal, actually

Just a simple request, really. Cream long sleeve t-shirts, that are a smooth knit, and not too thin. About 3 years ago, they had a perfect one at Uniqlo and I bought heaps, perfect for cooler weather. Now they have been retired, and all I can find is bright whites...

And Liesbeth, you are so right about lined trousers!

Oh! That brings me to another request! Tees that aren't see-through! Enough of the "tissue tees", a euphemism for "you'll need something to wear under it"...

Chiara - YES. Who knew cream was such a difficult color?!!

Jussie - Prussian blue. I’m there, sistah.

Add to my wish list: shaped tees with 3/4 sleeve, boat necklines, sleepwear in cotton (I hate modal in all its forms.)

I’m glad to see full length trousers and midi length skirts.

It's high time we saw...more choice's in actual B&M stores....
more sizes, more styles, more brands.....
in my small cities, it seems everyone, even the small local stores are all chasing the same brands and the same trends.....

it's high time we saw...sales people who were actually in the know about what they were selling and willing and able to give honest advice

Olive. I am finding a lot of what retailers are calling "olive," but it is not the color I am searching for. I have a very specific color in mind. I have one more online order coming to the House and then I am going to give up for this year.

I’m all for turquoise! My rehearsal dinner dress was a gorgeous turquoise sheath and probably my all time favorite dress besides my wedding dress. Chocolate brown, LOL! I’ve been writing about that color for a week or two here on the forum! It would be great if that color returned! I miss long rain trenches. Why aren’t they long enough to cover the bottom of my dresses?!

The only thing I can think of is MORE PETITES IN STORES!

I'm on team turquoise - love it, but it is so hard to find. I am making do with teal in the meantime!

I love light blue, that is a hard find too. I do have an ice blue handbag, but not one in turquoise.

You are so right turquoise is not that common is it?I love it too.
I would also like to see clothes correctly described by retailers.l bought a midi skirt today ,can still see my knees ,that is not a midi skirt.l would like to see more natural fibres and better finishes on higher end clothing ,just because something has a paticular brand name on it doesn’t mean we will buy shoddy.I also second Kkards on the retail staff issue.

I love turquoise but unfortunately no more in store. I have only turquoise necklace and pendant. I have teal dress and pumps already posted last year and that is all. I vote more turquoise.

Chocolate leather, yes! SOOO ready for it to make a comeback. Would love a brown bag. Maybe with a tassle and whipstitching. Rebecca Minkoff, make it please!

More options in natural fiber blends for tops and dresses. I'd also love to see some extra dark chocolate options. I don't find I'm reaching for my olive jackets right now but would love to find a new dark chocolate option for this fall/winter.

What a fun thread! I'll join team turquoise as well! I can think back over the years of some really great turquoise clothes I've worn.

My biggest wish is for yellow green to come back. (Of course, it has to be the perfect shade for my complexion, lol.) Even though Pantone named "greenery" as the color of the year last year, I didn't see a lick of it! Bonus...it's fab with turquoise!

And then my final wish for the moment is for rayon--shorts, pants, tops, etc. It's really comfy for me.

Add me to the turquoise train. I’m glad I bought that JCrew pea coat in that color a few years ago, and my turquoise cowboy boots are due for more of an outing as well. But where are the turquoise tops?! It’s one of my best colors to wear, and I need a great turquoise top! I like chocolate brown too, and chocolate and turquoise was one of my favorite color combinations a decade ago. Surely it is time for a comeback.

Also: periwinkle. Another color I really like but has been totally absent from retail for years. Bring back the periwinkle and purply-blues!

- More casual unique midi dresses, please. My same old song.

- Moderately wide legged jeans that are not 1) distressed and holey, 2) cropped, 3) extremely high or low waisted, 4) oddly washed with weird whiskering, 5) ridiculously expensive.

Mid rise jeans!

I have a couple of turquoise pieces that I love - my leather jacket (if it ever becomes spring here I'm excited to bring it out again) and this clutch that I don't use often enough.

An updated take on bootcuts!

I love to wear turquoise but, for me, it's a 'summer-only' color. Don't know why I feel that way but it always seems to work out that way. My favorite summer top is a linen tunic.

Seconding (thirding?) Suz and Tanya on the silver hardware and ditto for jewellery in silver!

I also love turquoise and Tiffany blue, so would welcome these as well And straight jeans.

I'm on Team Silver Hardware too.

Turquoise is a great accent colour for me. Not sure I want to do chocolate brown again, but never say never.

I'm ready for bootcuts and flares to come back around! Maybe corduroy versions in fun colours this fall? I keep hearing how corduroy is going to come back, but haven't seen much of it yet. It would be quite welcome for this incredibly long winter/nonexistent spring...

I'd like to see a wider variety of chinos and khakis too -- silhouette and colour. Denim is feeling so uninspiring, it would be nice to see some other casual pants options fill that vacuum.
