It's a wrap for VDay and a couple other WIW's

1) Had an excuse to dress up for Valentines Day as DH was taking me to a quaint french restaurant so I decided to wear my BR wrap dress after being inspired by Ingunns recent thread here:

I am sporting my "Angie recommended" clutch, SE Petty booties and some new textured tights that have sort of a linen look, black cardi and skinny black patent belt.

2) I just got these Fit and Flares (at least I think that's what these are) back from alterations. They were just a little too long and one leg was oddly longer than the other and dragging slightly on the ground. All fixed up and a nice change from the 24/7 skinny routine.

3) Meeting a friend for coffee and shopping and wearing:
Tweed Moto-Nordies
Animal print tie blouse-Loft
Always Skinnies=Gap
Zac Posen Bag
SE Petty Booties.

Carole, that first outfit is absolutely stunning! What a perfect VDay outfit! Hope you got a lot of compliment from DH as you certainly deserved them The other to outfits are beautiful as well. The flares are a nice change, aren't' they?

Angie, Thanks for the boost today! I really did feel great wearing all these outfits, even the 70's look was fun. Mixing red and purple was a little brave but I loved the happy colors together.

You are beautiful in that dress, Carole, WOW! A lucky man, your DH, who had a date with you. I particularly love the booties with the dress, prefer that to pumps x 1000. Thanks everyone for the lovely compliments. I Must admit it felt really great to wear a dress for a change and making an effort to wear some other pieces that don't get much action was a reminder to WEAR MY CLOTHES. I think it's time for a little closet purge so that some of my gems don't get lost in all the volume.
