I am half-heartedly searching for a semi-dressy wool winter coat. I have two long puffers and a number of shorter jackets for winter, but I would like to replace my long cashmere dressy coat with something more modern. I actually love this coat but it got a vote of being dated here. I got it years ago from Sierra Trading Post and it's pure cashmere - super soft and flowy. Here is a picture - I like the drama and A-line shape.

Any suggestions for something that would suit my professional/UWP style? Can't be stiff, itchy or fitted since I need to layer, and also I need a collar that suits a short neck.
