Is Nordstrom bringing back the Halogen seamed skirt?

Does anyone know? I think someone said February. Or am I doomed to be haunted forever?

Jenava and Marianna both work at Nordstrom and might know better, but I suspect that this is the current version of the seamed skirt (though the seaming is quite different.) I'm anxious to try it, though, because that burgundy color is gorgeous.

I don't know, but I looked at the one Kari posted a few days ago and it's considerably shorter than the original version. Sad. Too short for me... but might be great for average height/petite ladies. It's also not as thick as the other one was.

...and to add to Marianna's "beware," the new version is UNLINED. I already have a flimsy one just like it, and want the thick lined version dangit!

[In fact I think the flimsy Ann Taylor version(s) I've seen are better than the new-and-not-improved Nordstrom, and usually eligible for their 30-40% off sales.]

The Original Seamed was the one thing I was allowing myself from NAS, but my size was gone in stores and online during the presale, and I never got off the waitlist, sniff sniff.

Hopefully the Original WILL be back in Feb!

Oh, bummer that the new skirt isn't lined. That's not a dealbreaker for me as I have an unlined mustard Boden skirt that I like a lot, but you do have to think a lot more about the coverage underneath it.

I hope that they bring back the original seamed skirt, too! I'd definitely duplicate.

I haven't checked it recently, but based on the colors that it was supposed to come in I think the old version is coming back. The fact that this one is named exactly the same makes me a bit uneasy...
I think I looked up the exact item, though, so fingers crossed, ladies! I have it in purple and I'd love it in another color.
I think it was coming in the new year...

Thanks for the tip, Jenava. I hope that it comes back in its original form - the seaming, weight of the knit, and lining just works perfectly and I'd love to duplicate.

I actually ordered a petite seamed knit skirt in bronze olive, a size larger than my usual size, to see if it could work because the clearance price is so low. My gray skirt has a generous hem, so if the petite version is too short I *might* be able to let it out. Otherwise I'll just return it.
