So over the Holidays I had lots of time to knit while being next to my Mom, therefore I was very productive. Aside from numerous gifts, I made this scarf inspired from this website:

(although I didn't follow their pattern, only copied the idea).

It's a really not too difficult to achieve: where you slip one end of the scarf into a hole to secure it in place. The adorning flower is "felted", a method I had been wanting to try out for a while. It worked pretty well,it was much easier than I thought.

My outfit:

Talbot cream turtleneck sweater
vintage altered skirt (from my grandmother)
gray cotton tights
Steve Madden taupe booties (that my brother got me for Christmas! Isn't he the best?)
