Suz's recent olive and pink outfit reminded me that I had been meaning to try that combo once the weather got warm enough for this rose print gauze tank that I made several years ago, but only recently starting wearing. The outfit is also a variation of Angie's recent linen pants and sandals ensemble. Malachite earrings, and hair "tied into knots" as an old boyfriend used to say, in an effort to keep it off my face and neck.
2nd outfit is from last summer, same olive linen pants and another top I made, this time out of silk wrap around pants that had been made out of an old silk sari. Whew, my hair has grown! I wore this combo half a dozen times at least last summer, but now I see the proportions are slightly off and the top is a hair too short to wear with this style pant. Oh well, live and learn!
