...shopping for spring and summer. Yep. Honest and true. With the addition of my silver/bone shoe-sandals, the metallic EF top and the crisp white blazer I bought today, I have gone through my closet in the last hour and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED. There is nothing more I need or want. I have enough pieces to make several outfits, including some absolute faves which will be repeated often but not so much as I'll be sick of them. I still have some summer pieces that I'm just bringing out of my out-of-season closet as well (like my June Cleaver dress I wore today).

I look in my closet and I smile This is a really good feeling and I know I wouldn't have reached this state without the guidance and feedback of my YLF sisters and our big sister, Angie. For that I thank you.

So I'm putting the credit card back in the freezer (yes...that's really what I do. It gets put into a margarine tub with water and frozen in the freezer so it can't be used easily), paying off the few bills on there and enjoying the rest of our all-too-short summer in the 'Peg.

Fall/winter is my dominant season here so no more shopping until then. Don't even think I'll be participating in NAS this year because I'm not entirely sure what my size or shape will be by September-October so will wait to replenish my cold weather wardrobe then.
