Your post Angie about purchasing dressier items when you see them was spot on. I wish I had done that the past couple of years. But alas, the week before a formal holiday work party, I was buying new shoes and a clutch.
I also loved your advice about comfortable cute dress shoes. I traded out a strappy gold heel I used to wear for a lower heeled sparkle fest, and was so much happier. I received a lot of compliments on the outfit and think it was worth the effort put in!
