Note to self: either look at the pictures you take of yourself or check your outfit in day/sun light before leaving the house. Feeling quite pleased with myself with this outfit until I got out the door and realized that my washed black skinnies are actually a cool grey and really wrong this fancy new sweater which turned a warm gray in the sun. I had cuffed the jeans (as per suggestions last time I wore these) to showcase the shoes and was so focused on that (aging brain) that by the time I noticed my epic gray mix fail, it was too late to go back in and change. The two word sentence I said to myself started with a bad word. It bugged me all day . A lot.
The mismatch is totally evident in the pictures too, which I didn't look at immediately after taking them. Oh well, solid black bottoms for this sweater:)
