Jenava’s answer is wise—wear things that feel good! For home that might mean clothing that is soft in texture as well as in fit, maybe Sherpa or fake fur. Today I’m wearing a sweater dress with fleece-lined tights. It’s all very soft & cozy, even though it’s presentable. I like Onzie’s lounge wear, when they have it (they don’t always). I don’t know where you are or what your style is, but maybe this will get you thinking about athleisure you’d feel good in, including feeling good about how you look.

If this is more like the feeling of not wanting to work out even though you know you’ll feel better (ie you want to want to do it, even though that first-level “want” isn’t there), then you could either play in your closet, make outfits, and just do it—assign yourself an ootd for each day, and just put them on and see if wearing them helps. After a couple days you know if this strategy works for you (I expect I would be like Sterling and hate this). Or, depending on the level of attire you miss wearing, you might be able to invent events to wear it. Put on your best for a pic of yourself putting your ballot in the mail. Dress up for a doctor’s appt. Have a tea party with your kid. You get the idea.
Personally, I think the attitude adjustment and step back to focus on things other than appearance can be a very healthy one. I wish you well!
