Well in my quest to not let these grey skies and rainy week get to me, I've noticed, (after the third day) that I am saying to myself, "How can I do the fun parts of boho without wearing a long skirt?" After all , it's wet and muddy...
For yesterday's outfit, I kept it all in browns.. unusual for this lover of color, but there are days when neutrals just have a great calming effect.
I love this tunic, which is almost a dress on me because it is sheer and has velvet ribbon trimmings on the bodice. I have it in two colors.. Pairing it with a suede vest just made sense to add to the boho vibe, legggings and Aerosoles mules finished it off... I like the mules and ankles to indicate it really is Spring. Temps were warmer so the sheer sleeves weren't a problem..
I added a gold pin in a funky shape that use to be my mother's , after writing my post yesterday and missing her... I can't believe it was 5 years ago in March...
When I wear brown I change my blush to an orange shade and this time wore orange lipstick as well...And with clouds, a rare two days with no sunglasses!
My 18 year old is doing a better job of taking my photos after I complained that his brother does it with care while he just wanted to get it over with...He actually asked me if my purse was facing the right way,,,Progresss!!!
