New to this site and would like help in addrrssing my body type and what to wear. Would like instructions as to how to upload a photo.

Ideally, to identify your body type, we would need to see a photo of you in a fitted top (cami or t-shirt) and fitted jeans facing the camera with your arms down to your side. You don't have to post a picture of your face if you don't feel comfortable doing so (many people shoot a picture from the neck down). Hope that helps!
