Hopping on the plain train

Here's my version of plain, definitely the direction I want to go this year! At some point I know I'll be back to dancing round the festival fires in my sunset tie dye- but quiet, classic, and simple feels just right to me now.

Skirt- PC (workhorse)
Blouse-BR (new this year). Almost nude to me in my winter pallor, hopefully is different enough...
Sandals- Sheridan Mia (workhorse)
Bag- MK (workhorse)
Bracelet- Tibetan, DH bought it but decided he wasn't a jewelry person
ETA- mask, not so plain- from local ETSY shop.

You don't look nude in that top, don't worry - it has a lovely drape! And Etsy is great for finding unique prints & fabrics, isn't it? Have discovered some lovely local brands through it, which I wouldn't have otherwise.

Lastl, are the sandals & skirt black? They look slightly teal on my screen, but that might just be me. (Side note: How do you feel about PC's quality? I'm tempted by some of their 'boho-lite' items, but always talk myself out of the international shipping situation, lol... )

Beautiful and restrained, but still your colours and the mask is the perfect accessory. Your workhorse MK bag is gorgeous, a soft tan leather.

The skirt and sandals are just black, not teal, though I do have the skirt in teal too.
I've been very happy with the quality of my PC things- definitely worth it! They have great prints and colors for us Autumns!

Alright you PC enabler, you Their colours seem to be a bit more 'soft spring/ summer' right now, but I'll check them out again when I'm ready to shop again. It also seems they have their own version of that BR wrap top you're wearing (the Europa). Just reverse enabling, don't mind me

I do wonder though, as I put on the editing thread, if I'll still crave the neutral looks when the prison (office) is open to the public again. I'm glad about the vaccines but hope that doesn't mean my re-incarceration is imminent

*for the record my bosses have seen the office and agree with my assessment*

I really hope you can make WFH permanent, or get a different office, or a different job. You are far too vibrant to be locked up in grey all day!

I would love to be permanently wfh, though extremely unlikely in my current position. I have used a temporary office as needed with a friend in the last year, and would rather work there if they let me.
Eventually I want to work with plants, or do something else outside, but gotta wait for DH to finish school and start working to take such a pay cut. Trying to hold out for my 10 years of public service too!
