I'd appreciate your suggestions for at home yoga classes. In quarantine, I've been doing some of my own thing and occasionally, "Yoga with Adriene".

I am craving a change.

It's been a year since I fell on my back, and I am still doing PT exercises. Lots more core strength now. My back is not perfect but much better than it was! PT REALLY WORKS if you keep on at it, and have the right therapist.

I can't join live classes because I can only workout very early in the morning. I like vinyasa and hatha yoga best.
