Second Update:

I DID MY FIRST FULL PRACTICE yoga session this morning since my fall on my back 13 months ago. I'm on the mend.

60 mins: half Hatha and half Vinyasa, Intermediate level #1. No chuttarongas, crow, head stands, and camel pose allowed (strict instructions from PT). But the other poses are fine. I asked the practice to focus on hip stretches because that's where we carry anxiety. IT WAS SUBLIME!! I have missed this sooo much.

The Down Dog app with air pods REALLY works for me. I will be purchasing the subscription of $60 for one year after the free trial.

I might even get a new yoga outfit

So pleased that the app worked for you. Sounds perfect!

I struggle with crow and chaturanga st the best of times.

Thanks, Sal. Yoga is MAGICAL but you need to know what you are doing and have good guidance. I know too many people who have injured themselves.

Today no yoga. Body resting and did REALLY well after yesterday’s practice, which is the true test. Tomorrow we go again.

Oh, I love when I can get into that zone and really listen to my body and quiet my mind. It helps recharge my spirit!

This is a informative post. I will download the Down Dog app today.

Bumping this to the top for @Angie and others who may be interested in purchasing the Down Dog app -
in-app purchase of a full year is $60.
BUT if you purchase outside the app (ie just google it and go to the site) you can get the whole year for $15! As well as access to their other apps for HIIT, Barre and Meditation for a year.
Just a friendly PSA - I bought it for $15 yesterday

That's awesome! Thanks so much for letting us know, Roxanna!
And enjoy your subscription!-)
