Oy. My weight is above my super-duper red-alert danger-Will-Robinson number, and this cannot be allowed to continue. Obviously all the working out in the world isn't going to let me eat this badly.

So. I have resolved the following for the week:

1. Brown bag lunch M-Th, telling my regular lunch companions I will join them on Friday.

2. Weigh, measure, and record everything I eat and drink. Keep calories under my target number.

3. Two trainer sessions, four boot camps, one tap class.

That ought to do it. I know how to do this, but I've just been lazy lately and it's catching up with me!
