So, how was everyone's Week 1? Any changes planned for Week 2? Any insights or high or low points?

The crux of it is that I'm not happy with how I went. I do have some plans in place to tweak my habits so we'll see how I go this week! Diet needs the most work, and actually getting up and exercising is the second on my "to work on" list.
I'm off to the physio first thing tomorrow morning, so I'm curious to see what they suggest for my shoulder/back/neck issues and how it will impact on my plans.
So how are you all going? How is everyone who has been sick feeling - are you on the mend?
