You have a sweet face with beautiful features so can pull off super short hair. Your current style is like pic #1 (Melissa McBride) but you might like to go shorter around the face. On the other hand you could do an undercut all around and gradually grow out the bangs as suggested by others. I have pic #2 pinned on my hair inspo page -I love it so much! - and pic #3 and #4 are variations of the cut (#4 straightened.)

Lucky you, because both styles look fab! The short hair is really flattering and you have a face that can pull it off. No decision is wrong. You could keep growing it and then when it feels wrong, you can chop again and it will look nice.

I have heard that the sun can indeed discolour silver hair. Perhaps using a styling spray with sun protection would help?
