Thanks all! I'm glad the hair looks good. I'm leaning into natural texture in a big way. Minimal washing, minimal blow-drying. When I shower, I wet the ends rather than my whole head and as it dries it seems to "set" in a nicer shape than when I wet it all or leave it all dry. I get just a hint of wave that way. Once I brush it (in this photo it's not brushed at all), I lose the wave, but gain volume and shine.
Jenn, hah, my hometown uni's colours are green and gold, and where I live now it's green and white. This colour has strong preppy/sporty associations for me, but not negative ones, even though I'm not a team sports personal all.
Karen13, I find Uniqlo tops to be pretty petite friendly. I have quite a short torso. I wear these sweaters in my usual XS. A lot of V's are too deep on me, and this one works. The cord trousers run bit big on me, as do all of Everlane's wide leg styles. I went with the smaller of my usual sizes, and could probably have gone down one size further since the fabric stretches. I'm always hesitant to go too snug with winter pants because I want room for long johns underneath!
