I've loved that idea since Confessions of a Shopaholic movie made it a thing... I've been searching for a great solid green scarf for awhile now and fnally found the shade I wanted on a Black Friday sale and scored it for just $4.99!
I put this outfit together and when I first glimpsed myself in the mirror holding the orange purse, I thought of a carrot and spring... When I saw the photos I thought of the colors in the Irish Flag and thought perhaps I'd found my St. Paddy's day look... I later joked about the top being Where's Waldo in green... Such is the mind of a woman with ADD...
We went from 76 on Friday to 40's that felt like 29 due to the winds on Saturday and then the lovely rain that came all day Sunday....I hibernated on Saturday, but ran errands on Sunday... wish I had reversed that!
Second pic is right before my last errand of going in the grocery store bundled up agains the cold rain!
