While I was pulling out my summer brimmed hats the other day, I took a few moments to go through my hat collection and take photos (and yes, these are just the brimmed ones — I have a collection of slouchy berets and newsboy-type caps as well).
I did get rid of one I don’t care for so much anymore, so it was a useful excercise. I also took the old band off of the linen hat in #9 because it was red and white — I added a denim-blue band (Just made out of some ribbon) to it instead to go with more of my summer wardrobe.
Some of these I’ve had for many years. I don’t wear hats as often as I used to, but I am reluctant to get rid of them because I like them and sometimes I just get in a mood to wear one!
