For a medical test

When I saw Angie’s post today, I thought that’s not how I dress in summer . And yet here I am, in neutrals from head to toe, with a jacket. But I’m wearing a jacket for the inside temperature, not the outside. It’s close to 80 right now. I love the tee. When we were in London years ago, we went to Abbey Road, and have a picture of our preteen son crossing the road.

Also laughing at how we have to layer up INDOORS in high heat because of that blasted a/c!

You look fabulous. I hope the hospital felt safe. The one I went to last week for tests had won awards for safety but did not feel safe to me. They did have hand sanitizer available and I used it after being handed a clipboard and pen of dubious cleanliness and told to sit in a chair with arms but never saw anyone wipe any of the area down. No plexiglass or shield between you and the young assistant. Etc.
I needed the tests for my doctor to renew a prescription for meds. I probably need to go to a lab for a blood draw but plan now to wait until absolutely necessary.

You know what I like here? The graphic t looks organic to the wearer, relatable age-wise, and makes total sense....IYKWIM. I cringed when I see really young people wearing , for example, the Stones' Lips t-shirt, (all duded up with sequins ) or a Jim Morrison t. Graphic t's need to mean something to the wearer, or look like they belong on them, not just worn to be "fashionable". I really wish I were more articulate.

Lisa, thank you. Graphic tees have to have meaning to me. I am a huge Beatles fan. I remember watching them on Ed Sullivan. We have every album, including the BBC sessions.

Joy, thank you. Before I could go sign in, I had my temperature taken. And everyone was wearing a mask. But the pens were being reused, clipboards, etc.

Oh ... those sandals are so fab. Stylish and they look comfy. Love the Beatles tee too! I am a forever fan, I never get tired of listening. I think Rubber Soul is my favorite album.

I totally covet that Abbey Road tee! Perfect outfit for a medical outing, I like the neutrals, and it looks like everything is easily laundered, which would be part of my thinking these days after an outing!
