I bought this very inexpensive polyester blouse on a whim a while back. Not my usual colour, but after binge watching Trinny's youtube channel I have learned that clothes like this can make great layering pieces. I have paired it with my merino technical undershirt, an old COS find sweater and my 70's cordoroy flares. Red socks of course What do you think?

I must have stink eye for socks + ballet flats, but that's my issue. Otherwise, you look great! I like the column of color with interesting proportions.

Notsaf, I tend to agree. But it is practical and cold.... I figured red statement socks would make it more intentional (but it is not pretty). I change to my sturdy winter boots when outside.

Like notsaf, I would have a preference for boots/booties with this kind of look, but that's my personal preference (I'm not much of a ballet flat person). What an amazing color palette on you! And I really like the flares too.
