Well what's a fashionista to do when she is over the moon dancing over her daughter finalizing her choice for grad school with just about 6 weeks til she's off and running???
I guess that all depends on the weather! Spring has gone into hibernation, so to embrace my Spunky mood, I opted for a Max Sutdio empire waist printed dress in fall colors... Pulling from the organges and reds, I opted for a faux leather in cognac. The deep v-neck meant a tank was neccessary, after all it was in the 40's yesterday.... Black leggings and ankle boots were the finishing touches... These ankle boots always increase my spunky feeling...
I showed great restraint in my maximal nature to let the print of the dress stand out by not adding a necklace. This is a hard thing for me... I simply added orange ball earrings... Two days in a row with the Red-orange Dooney & Bourke... gotta love not having to change out purses...
A wonderfully fun day shopping and running errarands with my 18 and 14 year old sons... gotta laugh when I was surprised they wanted to join me and my 18 year old told me time was running short before he heads to college in August and he is going to find every opportunity to spend time together... gotta love a teen who actually chooses to spend time with parents!
