Father's day: what I wore plus some extras.

Father's Day: I bought this dress after seeing it on the what I wore blog.

worn for Father's Day luau. Ms K was in the pool nonstop so pics of her. A card she drew for my Dad whom we all sorely missed. Nana means maternal grandfather in Hindi. ( and GrandMa in so many other cultures!)
Prior to YLF I would have never worn this kind of dress thinking it would make me look as large as the pineapple print on it. But with strategic shape wear and learning what I can carry off and what not thanks to your tutelage I daresay it was a success!

A striped tank with white hi-ness converse. added two scarves- one with white lace for belly hiding and bookending.

worm to work: Leith pants with a citron sweater ( Ang recommendation).

yellow lace strapless dress from Victoria's secret worn with a scarf. Also shown in a dressed up version with le beiruti clutch from the Dareen Hakim collection and red DV sandals. ( Mr Sona LOVED this outfit!!). I wore it to play with the kids and mingle with neighbors with the flats in no1 ( Melissa jelly flats from j.crew). I was just trying it out with the clutch and sandals to see if I could make a day to night transition with just shoes and clutch.

worn to work: girl next door. simple dress with white cardi and ballet shoes.

Sona you look splendid in the pineapple print dress; like a ray of sunshine! I love all the other outfits too, but I have a soft spot for 10, 11, and 12.. what a fab clutch You have some unusual jewelry too, the earrings in 8 are lovely.
