This dress was really calling to be worn in a '70s-inspired outfit, with the mock-wrap cut, Missoni-esque zigzags, and of course the deep brown.
The tall brown boots seemed like the obvious shoe choice. I don't think I've posted about these before (because I haven't posted about much of anything recently), but they were one of my favorite winter purchases this year. One of the most sanity-preserving, too, for giving me another option for wearing in really crappy weather.
Long, vaguely boho-ethnic brown earrings and frosty pink lip gloss add to the 70s-tasticness. And I think this is pretty much my hair's ideal decade.
