Merwoman coming out of deep lurking to post about a couple of finds that I want to share.
First up, I scored these amazing faux leather chocolate brown pants from the Gap. It was a start the car moment ( although I was lounging on the couch) with 50% off, plus a savings coupon. Love them! Leather type pants had been on my radar ever since I viewed Carla’s fantastic green ones.
Angie and Brooklyn were my muses for the first styling, Angie for her love of neon green, and Brooklyn for inspiring me to dye this sweater.
I loved Jeneva’s pairing of blue and brown in recent post, so pic 2 is my version.
I think LisaP and Suz both had this blouse in pic 3? It has definitely served me well!
And pic 4 is just a brown on brown love fest!
Which stylings are your favourites? Suggestions for tweaks greatly appreciated!
A few comments about the pants. I purchased my regular size and it was a perfect fit. After wearing them around the house there is definitely some loosening up. So if you’re between sizes maybe consider sizing down.
My other fun purchase is this gauzy top from Simons. Love the colour palette. I’ve already worn it with these awesome jeans from the Gap ( I’m sure that a few other fabbers have them as well) Rocking my 70s teenager!
