After all your eyebrow advice, you all deserve some before-and-after pics (though straight on, eyes closed, with a flash, no makeup in poor lighting is not my best look -- who knew!). I'm really, really happy with the results. She just cleaned them up, but it took her 40 minutes! She said that she'd be faster next time when she wasn't working with "virgin" brows. I'm surprised at how much darker they look -- before, they just sort of faded off at the edges into my skin, but now there's such high contrast that they look super black.
She also advised that I not get to eager with the tweezers, since it's very easy to get carried away. I think I'll hold off for a little while and see how they grow in and if strays are a problem before I get some tweezers.
