A couple of weeks ago I posted about ordering a pair of Express Editor trousers off eBay http://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/test-pants.
Well they arrived today and are FABULOUS! They fit very similar to my favourite Esprit brown trousers. As you may recall, I was heartbroken when Esprit closed their North America stores as I had finally found trousers that fit me just so. Well I may have found a replacement brand with Express.
I can't even show you the fit because I got home from work, found they had been delivered, tried them on, looked myself up and down in the mirror and promptly threw them in the washing machine (cold water with gentle cycle I assure you) so that I can take them to Wonder Woman tomorrow (along with my other alterations) for hemming. If I may say so myself, they made my backside look rather appealing
The legs are fairly wide on me (thanks to the waist size - my usual complaint) but the fabric is so lovely and they hang so beautifully, I don't mind at all. In fact, I like the almost drapey effect.
Looking forward to showing you once I get them back from hemming - she needs to cut off about 6 inches since they were not petite.
