My DD named these two colors in my outfit yesterday... so going with it...
I have to share my silly reason for picking this outfit... I went to my closet and grabbed the poncho as I wanted to use it when a b'day package came for DS who will be 14 in 11 days...An issue for a homeschooling mother... I have to say I gave the poor Fed Ex guy a chuckle and hopefully brightened his rainy day,,, It was literally torrential downpouring as he ran to my porch... He told me i was a great mother....
After determining I was going for the purple poncho, I just looked at my jeans for a color to pair it with and when i realized I had a tshirt matching the evergreen pant , it was an easy decision... I liked the snakeskin purse here as it really is a fabulous neutral and more of a midtone that worked well with the darks to lighten things up without a severe, stark difference...
Grateful that the rain went away late and allowed for photos with sunshine!!!
My internet was messing up so waited all day for the Cable guy to come fix it and now at dinner time I finally got it back!!! Now have to catch up on a few days of missed homeschooling...
