Hi all

Our virus numbers are good and lockdown restrictions have started to ease here.

I wore this outfit to have dinner with my mum for the first time since January. We had takeaway at her home. Even with physical distancing it was a welcome return to semi-normality. (I have been seeing her during the lockdown but only for care related visits.)

In honour of Angie, who I know is missing her dad, I wore a seasonal twist on her Spring ensemble of a few weeks ago. An Autumnal column of colour. Even matched my shoes, ring and bag.

Two new things:
*The top, which is a silk cotton knit from Jigsaw. I bought a teal version last year that I’ve worn a lot, so I decided to get the plum version this year. It’s a good quality essential, and the sort of thing I want to focus on adding this year.
*The See by Chloe bag, which was an anniversary gift from DH. It was purchased pre-lockdown when bags were more useful.

Hopefully we will all be able to spend time with friends and family again soon.
