Emerald Green Skirt (3/26) - YouLookFab Forum

This is my old emerald green skirt, yellow shade( I already posted it earlier) , but unfortunately you can’t see the right color,( believe me for color), as I can’t make better picture (#1 ) - the color is a little darker then the picture.
I was inspired by Angie’s post on Friday to make some combinations with this skirt and pieces that I have in my closet, but not with black.

My outfit from yesterday was emerald green skirt, pigeon blue/white stripe sweater, navy booties, navy hosiery, and teal bag and pearls (#2).

I tried to make some spring outfit with this skirt: a) blue and white stripe shirt, polka dot cardigan, teal patent pumps and bag, necklace and nude hosiery (#3) , picture # 4 is my hosiery ; b) light pink sweater, loafer and bag and silver necklace with green pendant (#5); c) white blouse, silver oxfords and bag, and silver necklace with green pendant(#6); d) red floral blouse, patent teal pumps and bag (#7). A red-green combination usually looks like a Christmas tree, but I still tried it, please your sincere opinion.

Oh and I like the striped sweater with the emerald skirt. I almost got a striped sweater to go with my own emerald skirt yesterday... before I thought about all the sweaters I already have! Lol!

Cool tights,you look like you ve had a tattoo done!Lovely outfits showcasing that skirt,I paticularly like your blush pink renditions.I don’t think the red shirt outfit suggests Xmas to me,the green and the red are not dark enough for Xmas so I think that it works as a spring outfit.

I agree with the previous commenters, #5 is absolutely gorgeous : the light pink sweater and bag really compliment the green skirt and make it pop! The purple tassel on the bag and your wonderful floral hosiery add a distinctive touch. I love all the outfits you show us here - but this one is definitely my favourite!
