EF leggings all weekend - YouLookFab Forum

DH and I are skipping off to Newport Beach to have a nice night away at the Ritz Carlton while the kids look after grandpa from Norway.

I thought I would see if I could wear my new Eileen Fisher skirted leggings all weekend. I have been extremely lazy lately, wearing repeats unashamedly.

Here's WIW for the departure, photos 1 and 2 It's cold in California now, so decided to layer the Uniqlo puffer under my Vince Scuba jacket. Threw on a Fauxberry scarf with a burgundy Crew cashmere turtleneck sweater for a touch of color. Paul Green Boots. Fourth Day hair in scrappy ponytail.Dior Sunglasses.

We stopped at the outlets in Carlsbad, so have a few new pieces to show you later, including a new Coach bag. My goal at the outlets was "long toppers that can go over leggings." I was so happy to see the new Vince store there!

Photo 3 is later that day after I bought a Theory blouse in teal. Threw it over the Lazy Girls' Leggings and went to dinner. That's a new metallic Borough Bag from Coach. More on that later...

I think those EF skirted leggings are becoming a fashion favourite beyond this forum. I can see why. These look great on you, and mix and match for many varied looks.

Like you, I've been repeating over the holiday. Clothes don't get soiled when one doesn't get out of PJ's until 2 in the afternoon!

I love the leggings outfits. Nice layering of the puffer, jacket, and scarf. The new blouse and purse look really pretty, as does the purple-and-gold bedecked tree behind you!

Those skirted leggings are proving themselves to be workhorses! They look great in the ways you've styled them here. Your Christmas tree looks gorgeous too!

Stunning! I like seeing Fabbers style these skirted leggings as a step up from yoga wear. I'm not quite on board with them for myself at this point, but it's fun to see everyone sporting them! And they seem perfect for travel.

Love the addition of the puffer! But I must protest. The skirted leggings do not qualify as lazy. THIS is lazy.

Very nice. I like the little space you left between the end of the legging and the top of the boot. I don't know if I can manage that for winter with mine without being too cold but it breaks up the black expanse nicely. I'm a fan of the teal blouse, too.

I had skirted leggings for exercise purposes about 4 - 5 years ago, and hadn't thought of using them as casual wear at all. I ultimately got rid of them because they kept creeping down when I was running.
