Summer is my favorite season and I love summer clothes! When I worked in an office, summer dressing was with its challenges - I mostly walked to work and need something light but ACed offices were always freezing. I kept scarves and a cardigan at work and had to remember to coordinate the colors.
Now my outfits are casual and do not have restraints I miss sometimes a dressy factor. I hope to up my accessories to add some interesting details. I had some luck with shoes this year and just bought another pair of sunglasses (still need to change lenses to prescription).
Here some old and new items worn last week. I’m growing out my hair and it’s a mess right now. I’m not sure where I’m going with it exactly but I dot bored of a short bob.
1. Old BR pants, COS button down (second hand), 4 years old buckle bag and new mesh sling backs. Sunglasses - Celine
2. COS linen dress from 2023, the same bucket bag, new Zara mesh flats. The most comfortable shoes this season, $35 Can well spent. Transitional glasses with blue tint are Longchamp.
3. Dark burgundy t-shirt from COS, recently bought. New color to me, darker IRL. Burgundy is not one of my favorite colors but with a touch of espresso in it, I like it. Worn with 2022 BR pants. New rag & bone sandals, few years old Bao Bao. Transitional glasses (clear and sunglasses) Saint Laurent, soft black.
4. Old linen shirt, new BR pants, the same sandals, the same Saint Laurent glasses and another Bao Bao.
