Our neighborhood holiday party was Saturday night and I cobbled together a dressy look for the occasion from some pieces I can dress up or down (although I confess during Covid I was not finding opportunities to wear a faux leather midi wrap skirt).
The pic is not great — I’m seated which just makes the skirt look odd. And I’m throwing away those “nude” hose because in the photo they make my legs look chalk-pale. Next time I’m sticking with my usual sheer black, no matter what the style influencers say about black hosiery!
Nonetheless it was a fun event and I otherwise liked this outfit!
